The apartment house comprises 5 apartments, 8 studios and one disabled-access apartment all on one floor. Guests may also use the facilites of the complex Caravel Santa Maria. The apartment house offers a transfer shuttle between the two complexes. The Caravel Santa Maria includes a 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe, a caf�, a bar, a TV room, a restaurant, room service, a laundry service (fees apply) bike rental and a kid's club.
