The Bahia del Sol is just 250 metres from the main sandy beach, where pinewoods provide excellent protection from the sun on hot sunny days. Sunbeds and parasols on the beach can be hired on a daily basis and there are pedalos for hire or a "sausage" ride at the south end of the beach. A safety area for swimming is normally roped off and pedalos, windsurfers, boats and jet skis are not allowed inside the safety zone.
