Nile Air was launched as an Egyptian private airline with a capital of 200 million Egyptian pounds, owned by Al Tayyar Travel Group.
2015
It signed a deal to purchase two aircraft of Airbus A320 model to expand its fleet size.
2016
It celebrated five years of its first flight from Egypt to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Also, Nile Air announced the commencement of domestic flights in Egypt. In addition, it continues to expand its fleet, so it signed a partnership agreement with Lufthansa to enhance meals.
2017
