From New York City: From the Queens/Midtown Tunnel take the tunnel at 34th Street and 1st Avenue to the Long Island Expressway East (Route 495 East). At Exit 70 (Manorville) turn right at the exit ramp onto Route 111 South and continue to Route 27 East, Route 27 East becomes Country Road 39 in Southampton. Turn right at the Stony Brook University exit, continue to the next light, and turn left onto Old Montauk Highway. Old Montauk Highway becomes Hill Street in Southampton. Follow Old Montauk Highway for approximately 4 km, and the hotel will be on the left.
