Chrome fixtures and milk-glass lights complete the old New York charm.The recently redesigned restaurant and salon-like lounge has seventeen foot high ceilings with chocolate color drapes connecting them. In the lounge, plush furniture, low cocktail tables, chocolate color drapes and floor to ceiling windows create a luxurious haven overlooking West Broadway. Amber-hued lighting, antique fixtures and weathered mirrors adorn the bar, an intimate, wood-paneled clubroom.The hotel stands 17 stories high with unrivaled views.The design evokes the evolution of Soho's architectural heritage over the past 125 years and reflects the stylistic trends visible in Soho today. All of the materials used in the construction are consistent with the existing character of the community including cast iron, stone and brick.
