The apartments are part of large buildings which were renovated in 2011. All have free parking in the car park/garage. Other facilities include lift access to the upper floors, a hairdressing salon, games room, kids' club, bar, pub, disco and restaurant. Conference facilities are also available and a laundry service is offered (for a fee).
