Guests staying at the Las Palmeras Apartments are also welcome to use the leisure facilities of the nearby Hotel S'Algar which includes a Spa and Wellness centre with Jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath along with a massage and relaxation area. S'Algar itself is small and purpose built and is best known for its sports facilities, which are considered to be the best on the island. There are a handful of shops in town but most shoppers will prefer making the short trip to the nearby town of San Luis and the capital Mahon.
The Las Palmeras Apartments occupy a great location next to the Rafalet nature reserve in the upper part of S'Algar, a quiet resort on the south east coast of Menorca. The apartments are a short walk from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a small selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The apartments were refurbished during the winter of 2006 and have a total of 72 one and two bedroom self catering apartments set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.
