This is a complex with 6 10-storey buildings, facing Mar Menor and 5 buildings of the same height facing the Mediterranean Sea. Within the complex there are shops, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket open all year round.
The modern complex was established in 2000 and includes a total of 114 apartments over 10 floors. Facilities on offer include lifts, restaurants, a caf� and a supermarket. Younger guests may let some steam off in the children's playground and parking facilities are additionally available for those arriving by car (local charge).
