It is currently under a major renovation of its guest rooms, the lobby, meeting space and restaurant areas. Anticipated completion date is late summer 2009. The Ramada Conference Center Hotel offers easy access to the major population centers in the Northeast with Baltimore, Wilmington, Philadelphia and Norfolk all under 3 hours away. The Riverfront and downtown location of the Ramada Conference Center allows guests convenient access to all Salisbury attractions including Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Salisbury University, University of Maryland/Eastern Shore, Crown Sportscenter and Perdue National Headquarters. Famous Ocean City, Maryland and Assateague National Seashore Park are within 30 miles from the Ramada Conference Center in Salisbury. The Hotel while providing a wide range of accommodations is also the only Full Service Hotel situated in Salisbury. The Ramada Conference Center offers over 5,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space and can accommodate events up to 250 people.
