This family-friendly beach hotel features five 4-storey buildings with a total of 108 luxury condominium units. The hotel is air-conditioned and welcomes guests in the lobby, which offers 24-hour reception, hotel safe, cloakroom and lift access to upper floors. Younger guests can let off steam in children's playground. There is a newspaper stand and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar and dine in the restaurant. Further services include wireless Internet access, room service and a car park for those arriving by car. The hotel offers guests spacious interiors, balconies, and garden or hot tubs.

When travelling from Destin and travelling east towards Panama City on to Emerald Coast Parkway (Destin): Pass by Sandestin Beach Resort and Emerald Coast Parkway becomes Highway 98. Continue on Hwy 98 for approximately 27 miles. Turn right at the junction of Hwy 98 and County Hwy 30A. Travel approximately � of a mile and High Pointe will be on the left. From Panama City travelling west: on Hwy 98 just after crossing a bridge continue 0.5 mile and at the first traffic lights, make a left turn to 30A for just 0.8 miles and High Pointe can be seen on the left-hand side.
