The hotel was recently built in 2008 and features over a 150 comfortable rooms as well as a range of facilities on site to help keep guests comfortable. There is a spa and wellness centre at the hotel that offers a range of relaxation services like a Turkish bath, massage treatments, saunas and skin care. Entertainment for children is also available, with a kids club that runs during the day and a selection of activities to help keep them entertained, including a disco. For other activities to enjoy while staying at the hotel there are tennis courts available onsite (fee applies) as well as bike hire (fee applies). Inside guests can relax in the games room and bars where they can play casual sports such as pool/snooker and table tennis or just have a drink.The recently opened hotel has a total of 156 well-furnished and equipped rooms, with 116 standard rooms with either a double or twin beds and 40 suites with their own separate living and bedroom areas. All the rooms feature a private balcony often with views over the Mediterranean and several amenities including: air conditioning, private bathroom with shower/bath, hairdryer, internet access, satellite/cable TV and a radio. For a local fee, services such as the minibar, telephone and safe can also be used.

The Jasmin Side Hotel is just 500 metres from the beach where you can soak up the sunshine or try some water sports. The resort centre with its bars, restaurants and shops is a short walk from the Jasmin Side Hotel. Colakli is just 12 km from Side, a stunning historic town home to many sights including the Amphitheatre that dates back to the Hellenistic period, the Temple of Apollo and the Roman baths.
