Named after Admiral Collingwood, Nelson's right-hand man and a famous visitor of this building more than 200 years ago, the house has attracted famous personalities during the years, including the archaeologist Margaret Murray and the sculptor Waldemar Fenn. In 1962, the house was converted into a comfortable hotel, owned and operated by the Pons Montanari family, offering friendly and relaxed atmosphere. During the day, relax by the hotel's swimming pool, in the terraces overlooking the bay or in the TV room with satellite TV. For the more active, there is a tennis court on-site, as well as table tennis and pool table. Staff at the 24-hour reception can give valuable advice on places to visit, including the harbour, the fort Marlborough at Cala Sant Esteve, a number of archaeological sites and a variety of restaurants in the area, serving local and international cuisine
