The hotel has been listed as a national monument since June 1931 and is located on a rocky outcrop on the highest hill in Illueca. Its construction during the 13th century was ordered by Juan Mart?nez de Luna whose son, Pedro Luna, is known to history as Benedict XIII, Pope Luna. This 3-storey hotel was renovated in 2006 and comprises a total of 26 rooms of which 2 are junior suites, 2 are suites and 2 rooms have been adapted to cater to disabled guests. Amongst the facilities at this air-conditioned historical hotel count a foyer with a reception desk, a lift, a bar, an ? la carte restaurant, a lounge, a caf? and a breakfast. The conference and seminar centre has a capacity of 100 persons. A car park is on offer to those arriving by car.
