The complex was built in 1987, renovated in 2011 and consists of 24 apartments spread over 2 floors. There is a lobby and a currency exchange desk. Additional facilities include a caf�, a newspaper stand, a supermarket, a shop, a bar, a games room, an air-conditioned � la carte restaurant (with highchairs for children), a conference room and a children's playground.
