The hotel reopened its doors to guests in 2009 after the building was fully restored to its former glory. Guest rooms are decorated in warm hues and furnished with facilities designed with the business traveller in mind. The city hotel consists of a total of 49 rooms and suites. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Further facilities at the air-conditioned establishment include a hotel safe, conference facilities, Internet access, and room and laundry services (both for a fee). Guests can wine and dine in the bar and restaurant.

From Vladimirskaya metro station, right there is the Vladimirsky Cathedral. Turn left on Zagorodny pr. and walk about 300m till the first crossroad. On the right, across the road is the hotel. The entrance of the hotel is about 5m from the crossroad from Zagorodny avenue.
