This hotel was renovated in 2004 and comprises 6 floors with a total of 51 rooms of which 6 are suites. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a lift in addition to a bar, a TV room and a restaurant. The public Internet terminal/WLAN access and car hire service may be taken advantage of for an added fee. Room and laundry services round off the offerings.

The hotel features good bus connections (STPC). From Francisco S� Carneiro airport take bus number 56, which runs every 20 minutes, or the comfortable AEROBUS, which runs every 30 minutes between 7 am and 7.30 pm. Guests arriving by car from Lisbon should take the A1, from Minho take the A3 and from Tr�s-os-Montes take the A4. If taking a boat guests should arrive at Leix�es harbour. By train: international connections are available at Campanh� train station.
