five year old motel, Atithi Niwas is spread across three floors of a commercial complex. A flight of stairs leads up to the reception and lobby located on the upper ground floor. The rooms are spread across the top three floors of the five storey building. Atithi Niwas is located in the heart of Indore, just 3 kms away from the famous Chappan Dukan and 4 kms away from Kothari Market. It is approximately 14 kms away from the airport and 8 kms away from the railway station. The 37 Executive rooms at the motel are well furnished and appointed with all modern amenities including an air conditioner, cable television, intercom telephone, cupboard and mirror. Most rooms open on to common sitting areas created on each floor. While 32 rooms are given out as single and double seaters, 5 rooms are large enough to individually accommodate 3 guests.
