The 94 room Alkyon Hotel in considered to be one of the best in the area and is just 100 metres from the beach and 300 metres from the centre of Sidari. There is a bus-stop nearby if you fancy exploring Corfu Town, Kassiopi, Roda or San Stefanos, with buses running several times a day. Sidari is a tourist resort in the north of the island with plenty of traditional and English style bars and restaurants offering cuisine from Greece, Mexico, Italy, England and China. There are plenty of beaches in the local area with a selection of water sports in high season and safe shallow water, perfect for families with small children.
