This apartment hotel, the pearl of the Dinevi resort, is located on the front beach line in Sveti Vlas and offers a unique panoramic view of Sunny Beach and Nessebar Bay. It was renovated in 2008 and features 130 spacious apartments with comfortable terraces facing one of the two crystal-blue swimming pools, as well as other facilities such as its excellent restaurant on an open air terrace facing the sea, piano bar, disco, supermarket, hairdressing salon and beauty parlour, and Internet club (fees apply). The air-conditioned establishment also includes a lobby with a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities. Check-in is possible in the late or early hours as the hotel has a 24-hour reception and check-out service. There is also a children's playground, laundry service (for a fee) and a car park.

From Burgas follow the main road going to Sunny Beach and keep driving on it, as there is only one road from Sunny Beach to Sveti Vlas. Once in Sveti Vlas, pass the roundabout and drive straight ahead. After 500 m there will be several blue signs on the right-hand side- one of them is for the hotel. Turn right at the sign and go to the end of the road. Then turn left, again go to the end of the road and the hotel will be on the right-hand side. From Varna, follow the main road from Varna to Sunny Beach and at the first crossing before Sunny Beach turn left. 200 m after that, turn left at the traffic lights and keep driving until the road leads into Sveti Vlas. Once in Sveti Vlas follow the driving instructions above.
