Hotel Neutor GmbH & Co KG is nestled right in the heart of the Festival City of Salzburg, next to the Monchsberg hill. It takes less than 3 minutes to walk to the famous shopping street of Getreidegasse and only 5 minutes to the house at Getreidegasse 9, the place where Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was born and where he lived until the age of 17. Of course, Salzburg's world famous Festival Hall, numerous cultural sights, galleries and popular bars and pubs are all just a short stroll away from the venue. Due to its convenient links to the public transport system it will take only a 15 minute ride to reach the central train station. The informal and artistic atmosphere at the hotel, makes it possible for its guests to completely switch off. They can also take advantage of facilities as the super-quiet rooms or the special services for the late risers to enhance their experience.
The hotel is located only a short walk into the old town and the famous sites of Salzburg. It is located directly at the bottom of the Moenchsberg Mountain and there is direct access through to the old town. The main train station is easily accessible by bus.
