The hotel was built in 1696 and consists of a total of 13 rooms on 3 floors as well as a lobby area. The hotel has been fully renovated, in the traditional, Scottish style and offers guests modern facilities in which a feeling of comfort and relaxation pervades. It is open all year round and, with its alpine-like surroundings, is especially popular in winter. The hotel offers fantastic views of Ben Lomond, Loch Lomond and the mountains in the north. The restaurant offers guests an impressive menu using fresh, local products, including traditional, Scottish cooking. Furthermore, the hotel features 2 bars, the Rob Tob and the Clansman. Both bars offer a large selection of Malt Whisky and Ale which guests may enjoy in true, highland surroundings.
